I’m Ashley— I've been working in the website and software development space for over a decade across agency and in-house roles, with strong expertise in Product Delivery & Strategy, Customer Success Management, Digital Transformation, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, and Business Operations.

Most recently, I've been leading projects within Google Labs to develop the UX & UI for AI Agent workflows, including Illuminate and Vertex AI Agent Builder, creating more natural and fluid user experiences between human and machine.

I'm eager to create working environments that feel collaborative and fun while supporting teams to build user-centric products that work well, with longevity and impact. Much of my career has had me embedded in international remote teams so I appreciate the effort it takes to maintain velocity across timezones and the diverse perspectives involved in working cross-culturally.

After hours you'll probably find me outside cycling or running, on walks with my dog Jack, or out and about in Brooklyn attending live jazz performances on the weekends.
